Wonderful bay mare born in 2011. She is 148cm/14’2. Kilcorban Cool Hazel is a nicely put together pony that has been well schooled and has plenty to offer a new jockey. Kilcorban Cool Hazel is the perfect pony for any rider who wants an experienced pony with lots to give.
Level of schooling
Kilcorban Cool Hazel has done the lot, amongst others jumping, eventing, pony club, dressage, hunter trials etc etc. She has been brought on carefully and she has been well ridden and schooled by her owner. The pony has seen a wide variety of fences both cross country and showjumping. She is a very honest pony and does not shy from jumping anything. Hazel rides out in group and alone and there are no issues with traffic. Hazel is currently jumping courses of fences at 1-1.10m level and she has plenty in the tank to do more.
Hazel loves grooming time and is easy to do in all aspects of care. This including washing, clipping, shoeing, loading into lorry/ trailer, catching in field etc etc. She is controllable and sensible to ride yet an alert pony with the right amount of “sensitive”.
We believe Hazel is a lovely, quality pony with a bright future destined to go far in the right hands. Hazel has a scopey jump and 3 good gaits. She will excel at eventing or showjumping or as a top pony for the more discerning riding school.
Kilmora Silver is a bay gelding born in 2013, 17’1 (175cm). Reg Irish Sport Horse by Heigh Ho Silver out of the mare Kilmora Star (ISH) (Regal Sting (TB)). Bottom line going back to Diamond Lad – King of Diamonds. Heigh Ho Silvers sire being a full brother of Diamond Lad.
This horse has a very steady temperament, a true gentle giant. He hunted with the Grallagh Harriers and Roscommon hunts last season (2017-2018) and was a true rock. He copes with hounds very well.
Kilmora Silver has great talent for jumping, he jumps with a scopey jump that feels very safe across country. He has seen a wide variety of fences and takes it all in his stride.
We believe that Silver is very well suited as a hunt horse, he is reliable and safe yet very eye catching and with his 17’2 in height he provides a good view.
This horse would also suit as an eventer or ridden hunter.
Videos will be made of this excellent horse shortly.

Beautiful gelding by 5* Nations cup stallion KEC Maximum Joe out of a mare. Joey is born in 2012 (6years in 2018), 165cm. (Link to the respective stallion showjumping).
Joey was broken to ride as a 4 year old but was then turned away due to personal circumstances. He has now been brought back into work and has settled really well.
Joey is riding well and is ready to be brought out to some competitions shortly. He also works well on the ground and could well do dressage.
This horse is subjected to a range of fences, both xc and sj. He is keen to jump and does not worry about how the fence looks. He rides out in group or alone.
There are never any problems with handling this horse, clipping, loading, washing, loading or shoeing no problems!!
We believe Joey has a good and athletic jump that together with his psyche and willingness to jump could bring him far in the sport. He could also suit as an eventer. Joey is indeed a very suitable name as he has a very springy and scopey jump just like a joey (baby kangaroo).
Showjumping pony, 148cm, gelding born in 2014, palomino.
TJ has a fabulous jump and a great heart, he has the ability to jump bigger tracks. He showed his skills recently at the Millstreet Young Irelander finals, he kept his cool and focused very well on the task – just what you want to see in a pony for the bigger events.
TJ is broken to ride and is currently being brought on. We are hoping to bring him to a few smaller shows in the autumn to gain experience and looking to be back in Millstreet next year.
This pony has got that great star quality temperament, managing to keep his cool and focusing on what needs doing. He is not fazed by lights, audience, noise etc. TJ is good to handle and rides out alone and in company.
We believe TJ is top class and has the potential to go the distance.
TJ Foxhall qualified for the Millstreet Young Irelander Final and did well, he finished 9th.
A gelding born in 2012 (6 years old in 2018). 138cm.
Foxhall Fred pony is a very friendly soul. A perfect plod to teach the noble art of riding. He is still learning the finer details but is a fast learner and is the perfect prospect for a riding school.
Freddy jumps with joy and doesn’t mind what the fence looks like. He is a comfortable kind ride and aims to please.
We believe that Foxhall Fred is an asset to any riding school. He is kind, easy to do in all ways and has a heart of gold. He truly lives and breathes to please.
This pony will no doubt go all the way in the right hands. She is an absolute machine! Born in 2012 she is now 6 years. Has already got 30 SJI points accumulated in very few shows jumping up to 90cm as a 5 year old. For this year there is a lack of rider and she has not officially jumped, she is though kept going and today clocked up some clear rounds at 1-1,10m. No trouble clearing 120m.
Keeper is by the Contender stallion Contra A out of a 13’1 mare, who in turn is out of a 12’2 Grade A showjumper who went to the RDS (Royal Dublin Society) Dublin Horse Show.
Milchem Keeper is full sister to He’s a Keeper (148cm) Grade A showjumper, She’s a keeper who is jumping in Finland, Tulibards X Factor who is eventing in the UK and another pony that is jumping in Sweden.
She has also bred two foals.
This is a forward going competition pony. She is well ridden and responds well to aids. She travels well and responds well when at competitions. She is easy to care for in all aspects such as grooming, clipping, loading etc.
We believe this is a top class pony that has the capability to go all the way. We see her in a competitive home. With her top class breeding she also has a good value as a broodmare.
Foxhall Diggit (2008) 10 year old gelding, 148cm, piebald. Jumping / eventing /hunting pony.
Foxhall Diggit is one of those seldom seen saints! He is absolutely kindness personified. He tries his very best and even if the rider fails he still does everything in his power to help. This is the real babysitter pony. Having said this, he has still got the capacity to jump bigger fences and the courage of going cross country. Diggit rides out alone and in company and is used to traffic, farm equipment etc etc. He is also used to a wide variety of fences both cross country and showjumps.
Shows and competitions
Diggit has hunted a lot with his previous owner and has also done cross country and showjumping at local shows. There is never a problem travelling with Diggit, he takes everything in his stride and remains calm at shows etc.
We feel that Diggit would suit someone who wants to improve their riding skills and go competing at shows both eventing and jumping. He would also suit for hunting where he really cares for his rider. Diggit would suit very well for a riding school as well.
Beautifully turned out pony mare, 138cm, 6years (2012).
A bright and shining star in the making. The pony in your dreams! A dun coat that is simply divine.
This pony is a great one for the future. She had been ridden and done some showjumping and cross country. Penny is very gentle and quiet to ride, takes everything in her stride and does not get excited. The mind is through and through good and she is an honest
jumper and always tries her best. She moves with 3 lovely expressive paces and has a scopey jump with good ability and can be ridden out alone and in company. She lacks experience and needs to be brought on but the groundwork is done and she is ready to go out there.
The temperament of this super mare is simply wonderful, everything is easy clipping, washing, brushing, loading, shoeing – it is simply easy! You can bring her out and about and she remains calm and collected.
This pony has a bright future. Her temperament is perfect and this combined with ability – wow!!! We believe she would suit an aspiring child with hopes and dreams of competing, either showjumping or eventing. Due to the age and level of experience of this du
n girl, it is a good thing if there is a grownup or older child available to school her from time to time (which really is true for any pony or indeed horse). She could also be a perfect parent child share or for riding school.
147cm palomino gelding born in 2012. Great jumping pony with adorable temperament
Pedro is the golden boy. He just oozes kindness and truly has a heart 💓 of gold. He combines a fabulous temperament with good looks and abilities to die for. Pedro is a well put together jumping pony that moves very well and has an honest and very brave jump. He is scopey too so jumping comes easy to him.
Practice makes perfect!!
We are currently bringing Pedro to different showjumping and cross country courses for practice. He travels well and never gets upset at new venues. He is used to a huge selection of fences and it all comes very easy to him.
We believe Pedro will climb the classes in both showjumping and eventing. He is the most wonderful fun pony with a golden future for the competitive rider.
This little mare is sweet as candy. Willing to please with a scopey secure jump. Suits someone who aims to progress through the classes either in show jumping or eventing. Super temperament.
This little sweetie is just the most precious little thing. All handling is easy as pie, nothing excluded (brushing, leading, washing, clipping, loading and catching in the field).
Pickit has seen most types of fences, both cross country and showjumping. She is very honest and jumps what you aim at. She has a very scopey jump and she moves very well. We have been to some different tracks with her and she is very easy to do in new environments.
We believe Pickit has a great future either as a showjumping pony or as an eventer. She does a tidy dressage test and will take a young aspiring rider up the classes.
Mick, a potential show jumping pony, is most likely a thoroughbred/ pony cross. This pony is alert and loves to please. There is great potential as he jumps with great scope and moves very well. He has shown that there are plenty to come and we believe he will do well both as a show jumper and an eventer.
We are currently schooling Mick over both show jumping and XC fences. He is very honest and is a very fast learner. Our pony rider has been to a few pay and jumps with good results and will shortly start going to bigger shows with Mick.
Mick has a very nice temperament and he is so very kind to handle. There are never any issues with grooming, clipping, washing, shoeing or loading. Mick goes out in the field alone or with other horses, he is one of those that just float around without causing any upset and when you want him he is easy to catch. He travels well and keeps his calm when ridden in new places.
We believe Mick would suit competitive teenager who would like to go up through the grades.
This is a fabulously positive jumping pony, he just loves life and lives to please. He definitely deserves the very best in life. He jumps tracks of 1.10-1.20 easily and can do a tidy dressage test.
He is the kindest in the stable with lovely manners, keen to cuddle and loves a good scratch (good to handle in all ways including loading, clipping, washing, grooming and catching in the field).
We believe he suits someone who would love to compete and have rosettes to show for it. He could also suit ridingschool.
So to the catch….
There is possibly a trotter in the breeding somewhere which can be seen when the pony gets too much in a hurry. We have though seen that with a bit of groundwork this disappears. In any case it does not affect his ability to jump!
We have no consciously been working with Johnny to improve his gaits and his understanding of aids. This has proven very productive as he now almost never shows any signs of his previous trottery manners. This will no doubt continue to improve and has furthermore cemented our love for him. He is just such a tryer! Impossible to not love.
Lux Z Boy a 5yr old (*2013) bay Gelding by Lux Z – Cavalier Royale 165cm.
Lux Z Boy is a real looker with his white blaze and deep bay colour. He continues to impress with fabulous flowing movements and a very scopey jump. In addition he is very careful and loves to clear his fences. Furthermore he rides in a nice outline and would do a good dressage test.
We always attempt to school over a variety of fences both show jumps and across country hence we go to a selection of outdoors and indoors venues with different fences. By doing this, Lux Z Boy is continuously subjected to a huge selection of “looky looky” fences such as water complexes, ditches, water trays etc etc. This is proving to us again and again that he is focused on the task and does not easily get distracted. The willingness to learn and the great trust in the rider makes his potential and scope for jumping and eventing very high.
This glorious horse has started his showjumping career very well. He has already clocked up 16 SJI points to date. This feat has been done in very few shows. We are currently jumping at 1.10m level and are looking to move up shortly. We are in no hurry with this horse as we believe there are great things to come. Following link brings you to his Showjumping Ireland page where you can find his show jumping results.
This horse is an absolute saint to handle! Working with him and around him is a joy and it feels safe and easy. All aspects included such as loading, washing, clipping, shoeing, grooming etc, there is nothing that presents as a problem. He is also an easy catch in the field. Lux Z Boy is an alert horse that responds well but even though he has the necessary spark to shine in the show ring he still keeps calm and makes no big deal of going to shows or new places schooling.
Showjumping is a given for this talented horse. However it is our belief that because of his versatility he would be very well suited as an event horse. During XC schooling he shows his bravery and straight forwardness along with great scope. A horse that takes it all in his stride and definitely has a huge talent for the sport.

Seriously nice mare by Colourful fields born in 2012. 148cm.
Foxhall Lady has been professionally schooled over a wide selection of both XC and showjumping fences. She has a very trainable temperament and has the ability to go far as an eventing pony, has also the capacity to do well in both showjumping and dressage. Lady moves well and has a scopey jump. We have been to a few Pay and jumps and Lady behaves impeccably wherever she goes. Foxhall Lady rides out both alone and in company. This is the perfect pony for those of you who want to develop together.
Lady is a dream to handle, she takes everything in her stride including loading, shoeing, clipping, showers and daily care. She is easy to catch in the field with plenty of loving personality.
We believe Lady will excel at eventing. She is a very good all round pony that due to her lovely temperament also would suit as a riding school horse
The very best of Thoroughbred bloodlines turned eventer.
Barry Mac (165cm) was born in 2006 at Ballinacrow stud in Ireland.
He is by Acclamation- Shamata – Cadeaux Genereux. He certainly has a blue blooded pedigree and has indeed got relatives in very high places. Barry Mac himself has been racing, 3 times but was pulled up. Since he has been racing, he is eligible for Retraining of racehorses RoR. He was retired from racing sound, and he has remained sound for the duration. He is perfectly suited as an eventer.
Barry Mac has been trained for Dressage and Eventing and would suit very well for eventing. He is willing and very able to jump. He moves very well and is easy to ride in a nice outline. Barry has a very trainable temperament and is a perfect Gent to handle. He loads easy and is very laid back when it comes to farrier, clipping, washing grooming etc. Barry is also easy to catch in the field.
Barry is by the excellent Thoroughbred stallion Acclamation, stading at the Rathbarry Stud.
Mare born in 2013. By Lancelot -Cruising-with Clover Hill in the background. Passported with full pedigree. 161cm (we believe she will finish at about 163).
This is a very scopey, elastic mare with the heart and ability to jump a big course of fences. She is a dream to handle in all aspects including clipping, loading, grooming, shoeing. She has been to a few pay and jumps and takes it all in her stride. We believe this is one for the future.
Heddwig 2013, 160cm Skewbald mare. By Colourful fields
This mare has been started off this year(2017) and is proving to be a very straight forward, willing to learn character. She has been introduced to both show jumps and cross country fences with no problems at all.
Heddwig is the perfect allrounder who would excel at Eventing and could turn out to be a fabulous junior/YR eventer.
Temperamen. Heddwig is very easy to do in all aspects such as grooming, washing, clipping, shoeing, loading etc etc. She rides out alone or in company.
This is a seriously lovely pony. It is everything all wrapped into one. Annie has a great potential across country which has only partly been explored. She has evented, done ponyclub, showjumping and tried out dressage. Her forte is eventing and we believe she has the potential to go all the way. She easily jumps up to 1.10 – 1.15 and no type of fence fazes her.
Annie has hunted with amongst others The Grallagh Harriers and is very well liked for this job. She is very good with the hounds, is very surefooted and courageous.
Temperament. Annie is an angel, put a small kid on her back and she transforms into a family pony. She really takes care of her little riders. She is also extremely easy to do including clipping, washing, shoeing, loading etc etc.
Marilyn’s Mist foaled in 2012, currently registed with no pedigree (The piebald and skewbald association).
Misty has had a real glossy year 2017 competing at 1,10m level, currently on 44 SJI points (19/11/2017), this achieved with relatively few starts. Misty has been accompanied by Conor Leahy for most of the year reaching the finals of the Millstreet 5 year old championships.
We are currently introducing a new rider Thie Jones who will continue to compete Misty as Conor is on to horses next year.
We believe that Misty is destined for future true greatness. She is very careful and takes pride in doing her best 100% of the time. Big fences is not a problem, she is very brave and her heart is well and truly in it.
Temperament. Misty is a real cool customer, a comparatively easy ride, she is also a dream to care for and to have around. There are no issues, everything is just plain straight forward.
