Vermount Teresa is a very classy Connemara mare by the highly talented and prolific stallion Gloves Bobby out of the mare Ballygill Kiss. Ballygill Kiss herself goes back to Carna Bobby, a stallion found somewhere in the breeding of most brilliant showjumping ponies of today.

Vermount Teresa training and competitive career

This pony is currently being trained to do Show jumping, she has been out sparingly during 2021 /22 now competing at 90 /100/110 level. We feel this pony has a lot of talent and will go to the top in the right hands. Teresa jumps with a good technique and with plenty of scope, she also has speed and can turn quickly. Our plan with this pony, is to continue to compete and bring her up through the classes until sold.

Care

This pony is easy and enjoyable to care for, clipping, washing, loading and farrier is a breeze. She has a very loveable and kind temperament.

The Future is golden for Vermount Teresa…..

We believe she has got what it takes to become a top level show jumping pony. Her future rider will have gained experience on other ponies and now looking for something to take them to the next level and beyond, the rider loves speed and has no problems jumping big fences, the aim is solidly to WIN and to progress to the higher levels of pony show jumping. It is favourable if the rider has access to good training to be able to fully take advantage of the capabilities of this pony.
