Barnaboy Eamon (sold)
On February 17, 2019 by adminBarnaboy Eamon is a 6year old (*2013), gelding about 16″1, 163 cm. By the wonderful Irish ☘️ Sporthorse stallion Cottage Fire, who is also the father of 3star eventer and stallion Barnaboy Freeman.
Eamon was born at the Barnaboy stud in Co. Galway, Ireland. He has spend a lot of his life outdoors and has throughout been able to move which has made him both strong, healthy and surefooted.

Eamon is developing very nicely and is proving to be an exciting prospect for the future.
Training
Barnaboy Eamon is being brought on slowly and is now ready to go on to a competitive career.
Eamon has a very trainable character and a level temperament. During our training sessions, he has been introduced to a variety of both showjumping and cross country fences. Nothing seems to faze him, including water, ditches and fillers. He rides in a nice shape and has 3 lovely flowing paces.
He rides out both alone and in company and will go first or last. Eamon is also straight forward in the stable and is easy to do in all ways including grooming, washing, clipping, shoeing and is easy to load and catch in a field.
Future
We primarily believe that Barnaboy Eamon would suit as an eventer. He has proved throughout to be a promising prospect. This combined with an impeccable temperament, he could well turn out to be a possible juniors / young riders eventer. He could also do showjumping or combined training.
