On October 29, 2020 by adminThis absolutely beautiful colt by Dragon Pulse IRE out of Gariepa GER, is born in 2019 which makes him a yearling in 2020. He is a strong model and very well built.
Dragon Pulse IRE (sire)
The sire of this colt is Dragon Pulse, a fairly young yet proven stallion standing at the Irish National Stud. After an illustrious racing career with wins in both Gr2 and Gr3 as well as a second in a Gr 1 race he started his breeding career in 2013. At stud he has proven himself with an average 41% winners to runners. Interestingly if you look at breeding combinations Dragon Pulse combines very well with Sadlers Wells who can be found as the dam grandsire.
Gariepa GER (dam)
The Dam of this colt, Gariepa (GER) is a true Gem in her own right. She was placed 3 times in Germany, she has had 5 foals previously out of which 3 has raced and been placed and a 2 yo colt.
Gariepa has two BLACK TYPE full sisters Goathemala and Galana both with wins and placings in Gr2 and Gr3 races.
Gariepa is by Black Sam Bellamy, a full brother to Galileo (Sadlers Wells – Urban Sea) out of Global World (Big Shuffle – Goonda). Big Shuffle (USA) is a descendant of Bold Ruler and Raise a Native – Native Dancer. He was based in Germany and was known for his very good 2 yr olds.
Future
We believe that this horse has a brilliant career ahead of him. He is built right, has a long striding walk and takes to training like a fish to water. He is entire and this poses no problems with training and daily care.
