Evolution (Sold)

A beautiful pure Connemara gelding by Derrymore Duncan out of Cahercrea Misty (Drimcong Owen), born in 2016. We have previously had 2 half siblings (maternal) to Evolution (namely Isichia and Oyster catcher), both are jumping extremely well.

Training Evolution

This lovely gelding has been brought on slowly, to let him mature and settle into his job. He rides very well and moves with 3 flowy expressive paces. He is jumping with good technique and lots of scope, showing off his brave heart jumping anything both across country and in the arena.

This pony is ridden both by grownups, to bring him on and by less experienced children, whom he takes great care of. He is also regularly brought to different arenas to gain experience, both Cross country and showjumping.

Evolution rides out alone and in company.

In the stable

Evolution has a fabulous temperament in the stable, he really enjoys being groomed and fussed over. No problems clipping, washing, farrier, load etc etc. Evolution is also easy to catch in the field.

Future

We believe that Evolution has a great future as a show jumping or event pony and would suit a young competitive rider.

He does have a lovely temperament so would suit as an allrounder as well.

Updates

16/8/2021 Evolution went with our lovely Niece Rhia Stone to a local show. It was their first show ever for both of them so everything was new. They did amazingly well, a lovely clear round, we are so proud of them both. Now looking forward to the next opportunity for them to shine together.
